AGNB Social Planner is operated by Kai Waldman and is currently available only to authorized pilot workspace members. No public paid subscription or affiliate publishing access is offered through this pilot.
Accounts and content
Use only accounts you are authorized to manage and content you have the rights to publish. Do not use AGNB for spam, impersonation, unlawful activity or attempts to bypass a platform’s access restrictions. Keep access to your sign-in secure.
Approval and publication
Connecting a platform account grants the access displayed by that platform; it does not approve content. Review the exact media, caption, destination, visibility and schedule before approving a post. Material changes require the applicable approval again.
Publication depends on the platform accepting and processing the request. A queued job or scheduling receipt is not proof a post is public. Platform restrictions, expired permissions, outages or invalid media may delay or prevent publication. AGNB shows the verified state it has and does not guarantee reach, engagement or uninterrupted service. Automatic native scheduling has been verified for one owner-approved YouTube post. Other platforms remain in pilot validation; this does not establish general production availability.
Your data and control
The privacy notice explains connected-account data use, disconnection and data requests. Disconnecting AGNB does not cancel a post already scheduled on the platform. The operator may restrict access to protect accounts or investigate misuse.
YouTube
AGNB Social Planner uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube functionality, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
TikTok
TikTok connections require separate acceptance of the TikTok privacy supplement and authorization through TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains subject to its Terms of Service. Before a TikTok post is approved, you must choose its visibility and interaction settings and confirm applicable music and commercial-content requirements. An account connection alone is not post consent.
Facebook and Instagram
Connecting either destination requires separate acceptance of the Meta privacy supplement and authorization through Meta. Use only a Facebook Page and professional Instagram account you are authorized to manage. Platform terms continue to apply. AGNB verifies exact account identifiers; a broader permission grant does not authorize posting to other accounts. Removing a Meta authorization affects all Page and linked Instagram connections sharing that authorization. AGNB shows the affected accounts and requires ownership of every affected company before accepting the request. Existing platform posts and schedules remain. One owner-approved Facebook Reel has been confirmed published through AGNB. Instagram publication remains in validation; this limited pilot does not establish general Meta production availability.
