Approved doesn’t mean published.
A reliable social schedule keeps four separate facts visible: what you approved, what the publisher is doing, what the platform accepted and what is actually public.
What does an approval cover?
An AGNB approval binds the selected content version, video, cover, caption, account, platform settings and time. Connecting an account grants access to that account; it does not approve a post. A material change needs a new decision.
What do the publishing states mean?

| Queued | An approved job is saved. The platform has not yet confirmed a schedule or publication. |
| Preparing | The publisher is preparing or transferring the approved media. Preparation time varies by platform. |
| Scheduled | A platform scheduling result has been verified. Public visibility still requires a later check. |
| Published | AGNB has verified the platform’s publication result for the original account and post. |
| Needs attention | A permission, approval, media or confirmation issue needs review. It is not permission to upload a replacement. |
Why not just retry when something times out?
A platform may accept a post before its response is interrupted. Sending it again can create a duplicate. AGNB preserves the original attempt and available provider identifiers so confirmation can check that same submission first.
What should I check before the publishing time?
- The exact destination is connected and its publishing path is enabled.
- The approved media and caption are the version you intend to publish.
- The time and timezone match your plan.
- No pending disconnect or approval change has stopped the job.
The direct publishing readiness view checks saved records. It cannot guarantee future platform availability or replace the checks performed when a job executes.
Which platforms are available?
The authorized pilot has verified one YouTube native schedule and one Facebook Reel publication. Instagram publication is still being validated; TikTok’s private test is separate from public production access. See current platform availability.
Can outside customers sign up?
Public customer and affiliate registration is closed. There is no public paid subscription available. We are completing account controls, provider reviews and the customer experience before opening access.
For a specific job, use its actual platform result and observation time. Contact support if confirmation needs review; avoid manually reposting the same piece while its result is uncertain.
