Privacy notice · Version 2026-10-21.1
Your accounts.
Your choices.
This notice covers AGNB Social Planner, operated by Kai Waldman under All Gas No Brakes Marketing. It covers the planner’s private pilot, not Oceana’s customer services or the separate Oceana Social Analytics application.
Information we use
We store your sign-in identifier, workspace memberships and roles, company records, submitted media and captions, selected accounts and times, approvals, publishing jobs, consent records and operational history. Google verifies your basic sign-in identity, and AGNB manages your session. Session and security cookies maintain access, protect requests and complete platform authorization.
AGNB uses YouTube API Services. When an authorized owner connects a channel, we receive its identifier, channel name, granted permissions and access tokens. The saved refresh token is encrypted. We use this information to verify the channel and, once publishing is enabled and a specific post is approved, upload that video, apply its supported cover and schedule, and check the result. Google’s permission description includes broader capabilities; AGNB does not perform every action that permission allows. We do not request or store your Google password.
AGNB-native sign-in pilot
When you use the separately controlled owner sign-in pilot, Google verifies an immutable account identifier, verified email and profile name. These basic identity permissions do not grant access to YouTube videos or any other social account. AGNB uses a protected, host-only session cookie and stores server-side session records; Google access, refresh and ID tokens used for this sign-in are not retained after the callback. Your existing AGNB identity and workspace assignments are linked only through a protected owner verification and exact confirmation, never by matching an email address.
Owner setup requires a fresh AGNB owner-password check and a five-minute, one-use challenge. Pending verified account labels and identifiers are stored for the review; pending proof grants no workspace role or publishing access. The confirmed linkage and its audit history are retained to preserve account ownership and prior approvals. Native sessions expire after eight hours and can be revoked. Public signup and affiliate access remain closed.
TikTok connection supplement
Supplement version tiktok-2026-10-21.1. Before connecting TikTok, you separately accept this supplement in your company workspace. Your earlier YouTube consent does not authorize this new connection.
With your TikTok authorization, AGNB receives an app-specific account identifier, username, display name, allowed visibility and interaction settings, video-duration limit, granted permissions and access tokens. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted. We use these details to verify the selected account, renew its authorization and prepare approved posts. Once publishing is validated and enabled, TikTok receives the approved caption, disclosure and interaction settings and a temporary link to the approved video. TikTok processes and publishes that content according to your choices and its rules. We do not request or store your TikTok password.
Disconnecting holds pending submissions and queues revocation through TikTok’s official API. After confirmation, AGNB removes its saved tokens and account name. A post already submitted can still finish; existing posts remain on TikTok. Content, approvals and receipts remain subject to the data-request process below. TikTok’s practices are explained in its Privacy Policy. Unfinished provider-data retention controls continue to block public onboarding and production TikTok publishing.
Facebook and Instagram connection supplement
Supplement version meta-2026-10-21.2. AGNB’s direct Meta integration is in development. Before connecting either destination, you separately accept this supplement and authorize AGNB through Meta. Prior YouTube or TikTok consent does not substitute for this permission.
AGNB uses Facebook Login to verify the selected Facebook Page and, for Instagram, its linked professional account. We receive the Page and Instagram identifiers, account names, Page tasks, granted permissions, token validity and the authorizing Meta user’s app-specific identifier. During connection, Meta may return a list of Pages you manage; AGNB selects only the exact requested Page and does not save unrelated Page credentials. The saved Page token and its authorization details are encrypted. We do not request or store your Facebook or Instagram password.
We use this data to verify access and the destination of approved posts. Once the integration is validated and publishing enabled, Meta will receive the approved media, caption and supported publishing settings. A connection is not permission to publish a particular post. AGNB also stores an encrypted user authorization token separately so it can revoke the shared Meta authorization on your request. The disconnect review lists all affected AGNB accounts and requires ownership of each company. Pending jobs stop immediately; saved tokens and account names are removed only after Meta confirms revocation. A failed or ambiguous response is not proof of removal. Broader production availability remains subject to provider validation. Data-removal requests can be submitted through the private workspace or support below. Meta describes its processing in its Privacy Policy.
Why we use it and who can access it
We use these records to operate your workspace, carry out approved actions, prevent duplicate submissions, display publishing status and investigate failures. Access is checked against stored company and workspace memberships. The pilot is restricted to AGNB-owned companies. External clients and affiliates are not admitted.
Cloudflare and the Sites hosting service process information to run the application. Google verifies your sign-in, and AGNB manages application sessions. Google also processes data sent to YouTube. Support mail is routed through Cloudflare to the operator’s Gmail inbox. Authorized workspace members can see content and publishing records within their assigned access. Content approved for publication becomes visible according to the selected platform settings.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising or transfer it to train generalized AI models. AGNB’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting an account
Owners can request disconnection from the publishing workspace. AGNB immediately holds pending submissions and queues Google grant revocation. Once Google confirms revocation, AGNB removes the saved token and channel name. An already-sent request may finish. Disconnecting does not cancel videos or schedules already stored on YouTube, and reconnecting does not automatically restart held work.
You can also revoke access from Google’s security settings. Google may revoke other permissions for the same app and account. Connection removal is separate from deleting workspace records.
Data requests and retention
Owners can submit a data-removal request in the private pilot workspace or contact info@allgasnobrakesmarketing.com. The request receives a reference and a seven-day review deadline. The operator verifies the scope and authority before removing records. Submitting a request does not itself delete data; the workspace shows it as received until completion is verified. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
During this private pilot, owner-submitted content, approvals and publishing history remain stored until a verified removal request is processed. Disconnecting removes connection credentials and the cached channel name after revocation; expired authorization requests are cleared by background maintenance. Full provider-data retention and removal automation is still being completed. Public onboarding remains closed while those controls are unfinished. Native scheduling has been verified for one owner-approved YouTube post, and a separate owner-approved Facebook Reel has been confirmed published through AGNB. These limited pilot results do not establish general production availability; Instagram publication and TikTok production access remain unverified.
Removing AGNB records does not delete a video on YouTube. We will explain any retained record and its reason when responding to a removal request. Google’s data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Updates and contact
We record the version you accept. A new policy version requires acceptance before YouTube connection access continues. Changes that introduce a new use of connected-account data require notice and renewed consent before that use starts.
Contact Kai Waldman, AGNB operator, at info@allgasnobrakesmarketing.com. For a traceable request without email, use the owner workspace’s data-request control.
